ISSUES

Our district is a vibrant and diverse community, and I believe we can achieve greatness by working together. I am committed to fighting for policies that promote economic growth, prioritize education, support our veterans, and invest in community enrichment programs. Together, we can build a brighter future for everyone in our district.

ECONOMIC PROSPERITY

Rep. Jessie McGruder plans to promote business growth and attract new industries to this Delta Senate District. This will foster job opportunities and economic prosperity for the residents. He aims to support small businesses and champion policies that encourage innovation and entrepreneurship.

EDUCATION & WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT

Recognizing the critical role of education in shaping the future, Rep. McGruder is determined to advocate for increase funding for schools and increasing access to quality education for all students. He will also prioritize initiatives that equip the residents of Arkansas to be prepared for the workforce with the skills needed to thrive in the modern job market.

VETERANS & MILITARY FAMILIES

With a profound sense of gratitude for the sacrifices of our veterans and military families, Rep. McGruder will strive to ensure the veterans will receive the support and benefits they deserve. He plans to work towards improving veterans' healthcare services and expanding resources for military families.

TRANSPARENCY & ACCOUNTABILITY

As a staunch advocate for government transparency and accountability, Rep. McGruder pledges to work with integrity and remain accessible to constituents. He will regularly engage with the community to address concerns and collaborate on solving local issues.

LEARNS ACT

Policymakers need to research Arkansas's educational system. The schools in the Delta are suffering from a lack of support and having to hire uncertified teachers. Instead of offering assistance, recent policy has given control of Arkansas schools to people and interests outside of our community. Rep. McGruder will show up for our public schools.
