Rep. Jessie McGruder plans to promote business growth and attract new industries to this Delta Senate District. This will foster job opportunities and economic prosperity for the residents. He aims to support small businesses and champion policies that encourage innovation and entrepreneurship.
EDUCATION & WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT
Recognizing the critical role of education in shaping the future, Rep. McGruder is determined to advocate for increase funding for schools and increasing access to quality education for all students. Policymakers need to research Arkansas's educational system. The schools in the Delta are suffering from a lack of support and having to hire uncertified teachers. Instead of offering assistance, recent policy has given control of Arkansas schools to people and interests outside of our community. Rep. McGruder will show up for our public schools.
